Raise a ticket

Prepare all the documents required and complete the form.After raising the ticket, you will receive a confirmation and we will review all the information provided. Subject to all information being provided as and when requested, you can expect a resolution in approximately 45 working days.

An original trip booking invoice/itinerary to confirm your booking date and travel details. Please note, we cannot accept a boarding pass.
